| Dollish Polish Brain Freeze and MUA spearmint |
over one coat of MUA Spearmint.
The MUA needs 2+ coats to get past the streakiness but it's ok as a base for this gorgeous crelly. I had to fish for glitter and the stars predictably refused to lay flat but I'm still managing to wear it without a topcoat.
Dear god, my cuticles are dry today. :(
