True, there are many, many better examples of drippy nail art around.
But this is my attempt. And it's got a matte top coat.
And I enjoyed doing it.
Nude base is: Barry M Matte "caramel" (a really compellingly weird hard to wear colour. Great if you want flat beige mannequin hands).
Pastels are a variety of cheap basic cremes I had hanging around,
Top coat is my BFF, Barry M Matte Topcoat.
