I never use this glitter topper :(
It’s Technic’s “Black Mirror”. Black and silver holo in clear suspension. That’s just one coat, the coverage is pretty good. I’m just not sure what to layer it with. in these pics I used Rimmel's "Sweet Retreat" but I'm not really feeling it.
